Ordering
US$500 minimum for each orders.
Goods sold are non-refundable.
Subject to stock availability
Our Operations team will amend your order based on the available stocks before capturing your payment.
You will receive a notification if any items are removed from your order.

Payment
Payments must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice before delivery. Payments can be made via PayPal.
Shipping
Production and shipping time is 5-7 business days following your payment. If you require an urgent delivery, please let us know.
All shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order and will be included in your invoice. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional charges may incur if there are any changes to the address.
Mossery will not be responsible for any duties or customs fees of the order.
Mossery will not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, shipping service interruptions, public holidays, or customs declarations.
Returns
Mossery will not accept returns of orders, with the exceptions of manufacturing defects or incorrect items.
If you have received any damaged or faulty stocks or incorrect items, please notify us via e-mail within 3 days of receiving the stocks to request for an exchange or replacement.
